Take exit 57 get on Providence road south
turn left at Harris Teeter before light to rt 84
look for CR Karate studio on the left
classes are held there
from Ardrey Kell rd head towards 521
make a left on to marvin rd
make right on to south hamton dr.
then left on to sedgemoorlane.
go thru chainlink fence first building on left
